Check out the highlights below to plan your perfect weekend adventure!
Gary Owen: No Hard Feelings Tour
Gary Owen brings his No Hard Feelings Tour to the MACC’s Castle Theater this Friday night. Known for his energetic storytelling and sharp observational humor, Gary Owen’s comedy often draws from his own life experiences, making his shows both relatable and hilarious. Showtime is 7:30 pm. Pre-show food and beverage available for purchase from 5:30 pm.
Coco Deck Lahaina

Coco Deck Lahaina brings us two great events this weekend. Friday, celebrate Lei Day from 3 – 7:30 pm. There will be a special Lolo Blossom lei pop-up. Saturday, they are hosting a Kentucky Derby Watch Party from 12 – 2 pm featuring mint juleps and a prize for best derby hat! If you are on Lahaina side, stop by this weekend for a good time.
Corks for a Cause – Maui Nui Botanical Gardens

deVine Wine Lounge partners with local nonprofits on some Sundays to give back to the community. 15% of proceeds from 4 – 7 pm will be donated. This week’s Corks for a Cause supports non-profit Maui Nui Botanical Gardens. MNBG gets featured in this blog a lot for all the great workshops they offer. They are such a great resource for the community. This is a fun way to enjoy great food and wine while supporting the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens.
Art of Trash at the Maui Mall

Art of Trash opens this weekend at the Maui Mall. Opening night and Trashion Show this Saturday at 5 pm. The exhibition will be on display from April 18th – May 23rd. Gallery hours daily from 10 am – 6 pm.

Anything Else This Weekend or Next?
I am always looking to promote other weekend activities for Maui organizations. If we are missing anything, drop me a line any time for future happenings. Mahalo!!!
Real Estate
As of April 30th, we have 254 pending listings out of 1690 for 13.1% under contract for a slight uptick. Market is showing some life! Anecdotally, my phone is ringing more with buyers having sold their properties. Maui is still an amazing place to buy or sell!
Vacation rentals continue to suffer due to Bill 9 bringing the condo market down. This is affecting the overall numbers as well.
I am here to go over latest figures and discuss your plans for Real Estate on Maui.
I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!
