I was out at Hokulani showing property this week (twice) and noticed that the activity has been pretty consistent at the development. I was showing some of the developer units and noticed that he has decided to build a few more specs in phase III (last phase) since the built inventory was running low.

The sales activity at the community has been very consistent; I have been tracking past sales, going back 12 months, since November 2016 and noticed that the number of sales has been fluctuating between 19-21 closed sales. Going back 12 months from March 31st, 2017, I can see a total of 19 closed sales; 13 sold by the developer and 6 re-sales (not developer offerings).
Since Hokulani is considered a residential condominium, I compared the sales of residences and condos in Kihei between $900,000 and $1,250,000 during the past 12 months, and found 13 sales of residences and 7 Fee Simple condo sales. I think the numbers speak loud and clear of how this community has been performing.
