Hawai‘i Life Celebrates Alex Abreu’s 10 Year Anniversary & New Role as Broker-in-Charge

Hawai‘i Life is excited to announce that Alex Abreu has stepped into the role of Broker-in-Charge (BIC) on Maui. A trusted and dedicated member of the Hawai‘i Life team for more than a decade, Alex’s leadership, expertise, and passion for real estate make him the perfect fit for this new position.

In his expanded role, Alex will work closely with Maui’s existing Broker-in-Charge, Jeff Simon, to provide extensive support to Hawai‘i Life’s agents and clients. Together, they aim to drive even greater collaboration and success on Maui. Backed by the incredible talents of Rhonda Hay and Roy Vandoorn, Alex is ready to lead and elevate the team to new heights.

A Proven Leader with Deep Maui Roots

Alex’s journey to Broker-in-Charge has been built on years of experience and dedication. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2007, Alex spent two years managing vacation rental properties at Maui Condo & Home, a branch of Aston Resorts. This gave him a solid foundation in resort properties and an in-depth understanding of vacation rental condominiums in South Maui.

Since then, Alex has specialized in South Maui real estate while successfully representing clients across the island. In 2022, he was honored by his peers with the prestigious Realtor Salesperson of the Year award, recognizing his commitment to the real estate profession and the Maui community.
