Hawaii Life Congratulates Roni Marley, R(B)

Hawaii Life is honored to congratulate Roni Marley, R(B) on successfully acquiring her Real Estate Broker’s license in the State of Hawaii. Even among all the designations available to Realtors, the broker’s license is an extremely high standard for measuring an agent’s knowledge, expertise, and experience.

Roni Marley, R(B)

The Hawaii Real Estate Commission requires 3 years of full time experience and a specific number of transactions (along with a litany of other requirements, not to mention a grueling 4-hour exam). Roni’s buyer clients average about $3.4m per transaction on Kauai. For listings, she’s currently marketing 5 properties for an average of $1.8 million each. So, she’s definitely made her mark in the high-end luxury market on Kauai.

We intend for every associate in our company to attain their broker’s license. Instead of relating to it as though we’re “training our future competition”, we’re clear that our clients benefit from the higher standard of service an expertise that brokers are held to. For that reason, we pay for our agents’ education and licensing exam when they earn their broker’s license.

Earlier this year, the Real Estate Commission granted us permission to use the trade name Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers. We chose that name to represent the stand that we’re taking for our associates, and our clients. We’re thrilled to have Roni join the group of brokers in our firm.

Congratulations, Roni! I thought the Broker’s exam was one of the toughest I’ve ever taken… good for you! It takes perseverance and smarts to achieve your Broker’s license, and ultimately, it’s something you do for the good of your practice, and your clients as well. Everyone wins! Well done!!

Dear Roni,

I wish every one of my agents had their Broker’s license. It would raise the bar much higher. Your hard work makes a strong statement about your dedication to the business. Now, go get your CRS designation !
