Hawaii Life Clean-Up Crew at it Again

I’m so proud of our agents. They do so much more than sell real estate. A whole lot more. Did you know that Realtors are some of the most community-minded, active volunteers in our state? Actually, in our country.

You might be surprised to learn that 82% of Realtors® donate money to charitable causes every year. Realtors across the country not only work to help people achieve the American dream, but they also work hard to make a difference in our communities, going above and beyond to serve their neighbors.

Adopt-a-Highway

Case in point — Hawaii Life’s ongoing Adopt-a-Highway campaign, spearheaded by our own, Kim Soares.

This past week, our crew was at it again. Many of our wonderful agents grabbed their clean-up gear and got busy de-littering our highway and beaches. 14 bags later, the highway and the beach were looking good! Great job guys!

There were many Adopt-A-Highway helpers on hand, including some of our favorite lenders, Nicky Cruz and Joel Kurata from Element Mortgage. It’s great when we can partner with some of the best lenders in the industry to make Hawaii a better place for us all. Nicky and Joel often jump in to help clean our highways. They also jump in when it’s time to help our buyer clients, and they do it was professionalism, diligence, care, and a whole lot of expertise!

I want to give a big shout-out to our agents Kim Soares, Dan Madden, Patti Ichida, Ricshara Knight, Yolee Cardiff, and Suzanne Yen for taking time out of your busy schedules to make our community a better place for us all! Thanks also to the friends and family who showed up to make a difference. You guys rock!
