Hawai‘i Life Announces New Partnership with Big Island Developer

Hawai‘i Life has been chosen to co-represent Waimea Parkside along with Aloha Kohala Realty. Waimea Parkside is a community neighborhood in the heart of Waimea – a charming upcountry town in West Hawai‘i. It is one of Tinguely Development’s many upscale residential projects on the Big Island. Once completed, Waimea Parkside will be an enclave of 40 custom-built, single-family homes that honor Hawai‘i’s heritage architecture. Currently, 24 of the custom homes have been completed and sold.

Tinguely Development is a construction management and custom design-build firm with a proven track record of quality craftsmanship in West Hawai’i, where they’ve been doing business since 1995. A licensed Hawai‘i builder, they’ve completed luxury single family homes in the posh Kukio, Hualālai, and Mauna Kea Bluffs resort communities. For those familiar with the Big Island, their residential community developments include Waimea Parkside, as well as Kaha‘olino, Hanaula Village and Ali‘i Park Place in the Kailua-Kona area.

In addition to their many residential projects, Big Island residents and frequent visitors will recognize Tinguely Development’s work in commercial buildings like the Kohanaiki Business Park, the popular furniture store CS Wo & Sons, HCFCU, and Halau Ho‘olako, Hawai’i’s first LEED Platinum certified educational facility and community resource center.
