About The Hawaii Homeownership Center

The Hawaii Homeownership Center is a non-profit organization that has a goal of increasing sustainable homeownership in Hawaii. Providing educational support and resources to first-time Hawaii homebuyers is the main objective. Ever since becoming a Realtor over 12 years ago my heart has always been concerned that not enough local resident “Kamaaina” can afford to purchase a home in Hawaii. Over the years thousands of local residents have been leaving the islands for the mainland to find more affordable housing. It is really a sad situation and that has motivated me to devote more time to a non-profit organization like HHOC that helps more local residents get into homeownership.
