Envisioning | Creating Vision Boards

Envision is defined as imagining a future possibility. To picture. Project. Visualize. As kids, we did it all the time. What do I want to do when I grow up? Who do I want to be? Sadly, as adults, we sometimes forget to envision. To dream.

Not so at Hawaii Life. Yesterday, we got together to envision. How? By creating vision boards. It’s been a tradition for many of us for years. It’s fun. Inspiring. And, it really works. By making a board that captures your thoughts, desires, and goals, you commit to a better future. A better you!

Our boards are diverse, imaginative, and empowering. They reflect our individual personalities, life stages, and areas where we need to be strengthened. Encouraged. Unchained.

If you want to start off the year with renewed purpose and vision, make your own vision board. Encourage your loved ones and friends to do it, too.  Gather together to share your hopes and dreams.  Challenge each other to grow and to commit to living your best lives. To go for it!

All you need is a poster board, scissors, some glue, and magazines. You can also print pictures and empowering words from your computer. Take a picture of your board. Save it as wallpaper on your phone or computer. Keep it front and center. It’ll serve as a great reminder to be who you are meant to be!

Happy Envisioning!
