Hawai’i Life’s AVM will also put additional tools at your fingertips, including a financial picture of the equity in your home, a heat map with statistics reflecting overall trends among buyers in the area, and options for refinancing. Other beneficial tools include supply-side metrics and homes near your property that have sold recently.
