I am pleased to report that after more than 2 years on the market and a starting list price of over $5M, Jeff Onderko and Hawaii Life represented the buyers on the purchase of the 246 S Ulukoa Pl, a world-class, 5000+ sq. ft. home tucked away just off the 9th hole of the Kaanapali Kai Golf Course in the Kaanapali Golf Estates neighborhood (sale closed on 8/29/2017).

The sale price was $3.59M and my 2nd brokered transaction in the Kaanapali Golf Estates this year. In January, I represented the seller on the sale of 250 Amakihi Way.
