New Transpacific COVID-19 Travel Rules

As of the time of this publication in mid-July, the state has been open for tourism for some time. The newest development in terms of travel rules is that, effective July 8, you can now travel to Hawaii exempt of the quarantine rules if you have been fully vaccinated. Prior to travel, you are still required to setup an account on the Hawaii Safe Travels website and part of this process will require you to upload your CDC Covid-19 vaccination card or Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS) certificate printout. By doing so, you do not need to undertake a pre-travel test nor do you need to quarantine.
