It is amazing what some decluttering, new paint, dynamic art pieces and colorful throw pillows can do to transform your property.
I work with a creative colleague who has years of experience staging and doing window displays for companies like Pottery Barn. We love incorporating artwork, reproductions, and photography by my father, John Severson.

Small print: This service is free of charge when you sign an exclusive listing agreement with me for at least 6 months. We give you complimentary staging advice and we get the furniture, artwork and decor items on loan. If your property is in need of painting, major decluttering, a deep clean, power-wash, window clean, etc, then we provide an estimate and oversee the job but the owner pays for those services.
We leave the art and staging items in the property until it is sold. If the buyer wants to keep all of the staging items, which they usually do, we provide a list with costs and the buyer pays us for the staging at closing. If the property doesn’t sell or the buyer wants the place unfurnished, then we take the items back at no charge.
