What’s Available?

Currently, there are seventeen lots to choose from with three or four bedroom models available. Each home has 1,452 to 2,808 sq ft of living space with garages and room for a pool (if you’d like). All homes include an impressive landscape package and a list of generous upgraded finishes…standard in the price. There’s always ways to upgrade finishes, if you’d like, you always have a choice!

Choices, choices, choices!!

Choices, choices, choices!!

Several other lots have already been sold and construction will begin on two homes very soon. I’m being told the builder is planning to start two homes a week in order to get Phase 1 started and moving toward owners moving in. The “Keys For Christmas” program plans to have homes completed and ready for a December 2017 move in date; what a great way to end the year.

Building Lots are being prepared

All homes will have photovoltaic and in-home Sony battery backup in hopes of keeping the property from having to ever go on grid. However, if there is ever a time that the bank batteries can’t supply the entire subdivision, there will be capability to switch to the grid, only if needed.

Pet-Friendly Resort Living

With the miles and miles of walking trails and green areas, along with being the only subdivision in Waikoloa Beach Resort to allow pets, this is an area you should take a look at if you’re ready to make a move to a location where you can rest on some of the best beaches, shop at the Kings’ and Queens’ Shops, enjoy relaxing meals and drinks at the many restaurant choices, or stay right in the Ainamalu Community at the private clubhouse and pool areas.
