Affordable Hoopili in West Oahu Coming Soon with Accessory Dwelling Unit
New homes from D.R Horton are coming soon to Ewa. The no lottery system, first come, first sold system, is one of the most exciting announcements. Most of the prior communities did the lottery system, but this is not true with Ho’opili.
The Ha’akea single family homes will also offer a separate “ADU” in some of the models. This is being presented in plans 3 and 6, which will have a separate Accessory Dwelling Unit, which will be an attached studio with a full kitchen and bath, including dedicated parking.
There will be 103 new homes available in 6 different plans. They will all have 3 bedrooms only with either 2 or 2.5 baths, and an interior square footage ranging between 1,711 to 2,369. Prices will be in the $600,000 – $700,000 with occupancy projected for summer 2017…
