Hawaii

Accolades for Kim Dalton – Another Happy Client!

My name is Paul Maxwell. I am from Benicia, California and just recently spent a week on the Big Island. 15 years ago on a trip to Kauai, my wife and I made a plan to visit each island and then buy a home. The last Island we had left to visit was the Big Island, and I came to conclusion this was the place to put our home idea to work. I reached out to Kim, via a referral from Land Home Financial, before leaving on my journey.

The point of this email to you is let you know what an asset she is for Hawaii Life and how pleasurable she made the experience of looking for a second home. Buying a home in an area I know, like Benicia, is difficult. Buying in Hawaii seemed almost like I was climbing Mauna Loa without acclimating to the altitude – an arduous trek.

However, Kim managed to get my ideas and convert them into a tangible possibilities. I received an education about the Big Island, the communities, and their unique personalities. She even showed my wife and I options that I would not have considered without her knowledge. Kim is awesome as an agent, and I wanted to pass along my gratitude for the hard and caring work she did on our behalf.

I am excited to continue to work with Kim, and plant my flag on the Big Island.

I’ve been so fortunate to work with several wonderful clients and Paul & Christine have just added to that track-record. Mahalo to those that have trusted me with such an important process and for making my job that much more enjoyable!
