900 Green Valley Architecture, Interior, & Landscape

Central Oahu’s unique modern community is currently underway with sales to begin towards the end of 2017. Mililani’s 900 Green Valley has caught my attention for a few different reasons.

First the Design

The design of these homes is something to be admired. With a new perspective on island living, the 900 Green Valley architecture encompasses elegant modern with island style mixed throughout.

Modern architecture isn’t something that we see a lot of in Hawaii. Several mainland states have seen neighborhoods completely change shape as policy changes have made gentrifying old warehouses and factories into lofts much easier.

For Oahu that area is Kakaako, but aside from there and a handful of single family homes scattered throughout the island, modern architecture hasn’t taken much root here. 900 Green Valley’s project has modern architecture in its veins within every home in the project and I hope this starts a new trend in Hawaii home development.

Then the Interior

Just like the architectural design, the developer wanted the interior of each home to have its own unique look and feel catered to each buyer’s personal taste.

Buyers will have the opportunity to choose from two contemporary palettes, a curated blend of colors and finishes. To match these options the homes will also include rich dark walnut hardwood floors with mid-tone carpets and kitchen cabinetry, creating a refined character to match the modern architecture.

It’s incredible to have an opportunity like this to customize your own interior and essentially live in a piece of modern art. These homes will have such a comfortable and unique feel, you’ll never want to leave.

And Lastly, the Landscape

The exterior aesthetic of 900 Green Valley is remarkable. The developer is truly taking the landscape to the next level to create an oasis for those lucky enough to call it home. “Living at 900 Green Valley is like waking up in a garden every morning and returning home to a lush oasis every night.” (www.900greenvalley.com) The development will be full of indigenous plants and unforgettable blossoms thriving just steps away from each home.
