Pat – What a nice Hawaii Life listing! 35% of the Waikoloa Village properties for sale are listed in the $300K range and this listing is definitely one of the very best in this category.

@Catherine, It really is a house buyers should put on their list to see as it has so many features most buyers are looking for in a home in Waikoloa Village. Amazing that about 1/3 of the inventory of homes right now is in the $300,000’s huh? It’s obviously a popular range for sellers to list homes.

Mahalo nui loa, Pat, for this plug on the house in Waikoloa Village. It does have good bones for sure! I think someone who ends up with this home and who gives it their own special TLC will be fortunate. Also, I’m not sure how many people understand all that Waikoloa village has to offer. Seriously – A neighborhood like this for $300K, (or under!!)…n Hawaii? To me it’s a no-brainer! Mahalo!

@ Annie, I talked with a Waikoloa resident that joined up with a group of kids and moms for Trick or Treating last night. Said it was so much fun walking around the Village for an hour & half filling up the bags and seeing all the other kids running around.
Good memories for children to grow up with!
