Kulalani has just announced the second half start up of condos for sale. The prices are very favorable and likely will become very popular with the market at an all time low for inventory.
The developer, Stanford Carr, is releasing two buildings at this time; although construction will not begin until at least 50% of each building is under contract. (I don’t expect that will take long.)
Buildings #19 (garden views and adjacent to the amenity center) and #7 (on the golf course with a nice shady grove of kiawe as a buffer from any stray balls off the 5th hole tee box) are the first to be released and likely the best priced, as it is expected prices will continue to rise. Kualani Development Information
The larger four plex buildings with double car garages will be released in a later phase in a few months (sales driven) due to the layout of the development. The buildings will be built in order from front of development and existing homes to back or east (mauka).
