Hawaii Life Big Island Hits #3 For General Real Estate Sales Island-Wide

It Takes a Team

We have all heard about the book written by Hilary Clinton called, “It Takes a Village.” For us at Hawaii Life on the Big Island, it takes a team. We have all different types of REALTORS on our team; we have Listing Agents, Buyers’ Agents, High Flying, Producing Agents, New Agents, Brokers, and People who Support our Agents.

Like many businesses, we have goals. The goals are where we want to be. If we were running a race, the goal would be the finish line. The goal would be busting through the ribbon at the finish line first.

One of our most important goals is for Hawaii Life to be Number 3 on the Big Island. In essence, Number 3 on the Big Island really is Number 1 in General Real Estate sales because Hualalai and Kukio are Resort Real Estate being sold (mostly) by the original Developers. Developer Real Estate is very different from General Real Estate.

On Friday, Hawaii Life busted through that ribbon at the end of the race for the first time. Dan and Marion, Sharon, Pat and Catherine made everyone’s weekend. They aren’t the high flyers, but they are solid Hawaii Life team members and they are the ones that – for the first time – broke Hawaii Life Big Island through the ribbon at the end of the race.

It takes a team to win the race; that’s what Hawaii Life has on the Big Island, a great team! Congratulations, everyone, this is an accomplishment that deserves to be celebrated!
