For Sharon, working in real estate is about skillfully guiding property transactions and helping clients create their dream lifestyle. As a trained mediator, she consistently looks for a win-win solution for all parties involved in a transaction. This takes work, focus, tenacity, and a little fun-filled imagination to make things work out, but that’s how she lives her life!

After many years in their seaside condominium, Sharon and her husband Butch built their architecturally stylish 12-sided and natural wood home in the uplands of Kaloko. They live there now with their two dogs, Cooper and Honey Girl.  As a board member for the Big Island Agility Club, Sharon trains and participates in North American Dog Agility Council and Canine Performance Events trials with Honey Girl who, by the way, is a multiple ribbon winner!

Sharon strongly believe in taking responsibility for maintaining our island’s beauty, conserving resources, and preserving land for future generations. She is a past volunteer Board Director for the Hawai`i Island Land Trust and donates a portion of her commission to land preservation.

Working together, we will find the environment you love to fit the Hawai'i lifestyle of your dreams. Clients past and present have testified that her dedication, knowledge, intuition, and deep involvement with the community were qualities that helped them find and create their dream lifestyle.

So, give Sharon a call and help her give back. She looks forward to satisfying your real estate needs here on the Big Island of Hawaii and telling you, "I think I found just what you are looking for!"

~Testimonials~

"...We were so impressed with her service, positive outlook and knowledge, that when it came time for another purchase this year, we immediately knew she was the one for the job.  We continue to be impressed with her attention to detail, her sense of humor, sunny disposition and Aloha spirit!  We highly recommend her services."  - The Vaughn's, Nevada

"We listed our home sale with Sharon going into a softening market, so it wasn't that easy. She brought her experience and energetic tenacity to bear immediately, which gave us confidence... She's also quite charming and pleasant to communicate with. From the first day of our interaction with her until the day our escrow closed, she was a tireless personal guide...on top of every detail. We are very happy with the outcome and will do any future transactions with her."  - Scott and Geordine Susman, Hawaii

"Dedicated, knowledgeable, open, generous with time and spirit, honest, approachable, fastidious, great cook, hostess extraordinaire, straightforward, worked with us and to our advantage, wonderfully balanced sense of play and work, resourceful, fair-minded. I always said you were the only Realtor I ever dealt with who stayed within the budget we set - even if it was too little in retrospect. I always felt like you really listened to us. I was so thankful for all you were willing to share about the island, Kona, and property trends. We were neophytes and you were our leader and we will always be grateful...you made us feel like we bought the Taj Mahal."  -The Sandina’s, California
