For over 20 years, Pat lived in Alaska, and after those years of Alaskan winters, her dream was to move to Hawaii. In 1997, this dream became a reality. Since then, Pat has lived in three different climate zones, Waimea, Waikoloa and Waiki’i Ranch. This experience, combined with working with dozens of home buyers and sellers all over the island since 2001, places her in a unique position to understand what you need in order to find your special place to call home.
