Our East Kauai office was opened in 2013 and is located at the historic “Shido” building in the heart of Old Kapaa town. The Shido building was originally built as a general store in 1923 following “Great Kapaa fire” which leveled much of the central town. These days, Kapaa is a busy mix of shops, eateries and culture. The East side is one of the Kauai’s largest full-time residential communities. Just a short distance from our office is the Kapaa Path, a 4.5 mile long multi-use corridor that was built in 2009.
