Patsy Garlinghouse called me right away with a great attitude. I told her that we were not really in the market for anything, but if there was a very particular type of unit at a specific complex on Kauai, I could be interested. I knew I was being unrealistic. Patsy explained that, of course, such units are so attractive and so few that they are rarely on the market. Nonetheless, she wasted no time to set up the search and start tracking. Amazingly, within four days she presented to me exactly what I had dreamed of, and with her efforts we were in contract to buy the property within four days after that.
