As I was looking for a catchy title for my Puamana mid-term report, I checked with Chat GPT AI and it came up with: “Thriving Tides: Puamana’s Market Update Unveils Surging Success!” and “Charting the Course: Puamana’s Mid-Year Voyage to Success!” but I kinda like the bold title “Will Puamana Ever Rule the World?”! But I write a column in the old fashion way (no artificial intelligence) for our Puamana homeowners’ newsletter entitled “My Neighbors’ Place Just Sold for…what?!” which I’d like to share with you — read on:
