Curious about what’s going on with the housing market in Oahu, Hawaii? I am being asked this question, and I wanted to share with you what’s going on right now. Hi everyone, this is Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life Real Estate. I’ve been like all of you, watching and seeing what’s been going to happen next.
Currently, we’re seeing homes stay on the market longer. If it’s in a desired location and priced right, we’re seeing multiple offers on the home. Buyers are out there looking for homes but are being more cautious with placing an offer. As for price decreases, we’re not seeing a lot of that currently.
Oahu’s Housing Market
Oahu’s housing market is still moving. In the past seven days in Ewa Beach:
- 21 homes have been listed for sale
- 23 homes went under contract
- 22 homes have sold
In the past seven days in Kapolei:
- 9 homes have been listed for sale
- 8 homes went under contract
- 8 homes have sold
In the past seven days in Honolulu:
- 73 homes have been listed for sale
- 43 homes went under contract
- 74 homes have sold
