Waikii Ranch Caravan This Week Produces Two Awesome Properties

Waikii Ranch

Waikii Ranch had a broker tour this week of four homes ranging from $950K – $2.198M of which two were shining stars in my book! Waikii Ranch is horse country (yes, cattle are allowed).

The ranch is approximately 10 miles from Waimea off Saddle Rd. While it is in the middle of Parker Ranch country, it has become known as one the finest equestrian areas in the Islands.

At an elevation ranging between 3,000-5,000 ft. with 20” of rainfall annually, Waikii Ranch consists of 3,000 acres divided into 10, 20, and 40 acre lots zoned “agricultural” residences.

67-1065 Wainoenoe Rd.

This gorgeous glass and wood modern two-story home (MLS# 251301) is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design, and is a beautiful home that blends flawlessly with the pastoral setting, without being pretentious.

The quality of the construction and design is top notch. From the slated lanai entry with a calming water feature to the awesome pastoral views to the coastline and ocean, this home boasts first class!

Each of the rooms offer gorgeous views and spacious quality, including the gourmet kitchen and a “to die for” second floor “teenville retreat.” This home is ideal for the modern horseman (or woman).

A dream kitchen with a breathtaking view! Loved the multiple work spaces!

With the extensive woodwork and stonework throughout, this home most likely could not be replaced at the list price of $1.450M.

67-1015 Wainoenoe Rd.

thought I was in love already…until I saw this awesome single story ranch home with killer views from every room (MLS# 251166) of the five volcanoes, sunsets over the Pacific Ocean, and pastoral views of the Waikii Ranch.

This house calls to me! It has beautiful wood vaulted ceilings, two fireplaces, and light bright rooms. The wooden floors and concrete counter tops give the home an organic feeling, but with low maintenance.

The open style kitchen looks onto an adjoining sitting room with more views to the ocean and pastures, and would delight any cook. You can just imagine warm gatherings and entertaining in this open and spacious home.

The whole house has a casual elegance and charm reflecting eras past with its simple lines and open floor plan taking advantage of the great outdoor views. The price is $1.25M.

For information on any properties in the Wakii Ranch, I would be happy to lend my “opinions” and advice, as always!

Pam, these were definitely my top two choices from this caravan as well. I should mention from the standpoint of horse property buyers, the first home you mentioned already has a two-stall barn with tack room in place. I was trying to count the other day and figure maybe 30% of the residents at Waikii have horses, donkeys, sheep or goats 🙂
