Upper Kula Deal – 2 Acre Parcel with Farm-Style Home and Barn in Kula Nani Estates Subdivision

I’m pleased to announce my new listing (MLS# 352802) at 62 Ululani Street in the Kula Nani Estates Subdivision. It’s not every day that you can show a complete package like this, so I’m in heaven right now.

This amazing home is listed at $849,700. The house is approximately 2,122 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a home office, and 2 car direct access garage. The home site is just over 2 acres and is fully fenced-in and gated.

High up on the slopes of Haleakala, sits this charming, farm-style home featuring panoramic bi-coastal views of Maui and outer islands. This home features a great room with 14′ ceilings, numerous skylights, a wood burning stove, and central heating.

What a view!

The Spacious Master Bedroom

Let’s get back to the house. The master bedroom is on one end of the house with its own office and bathroom with a large walk-in closet.

Three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the opposite end of the house.

The Kitchen

A large, open kitchen is perfect for the serious cook who can appreciate the restaurant-style stove and ovens.

I would buy this house just for this commercial Garland 6 burner gas range with flat top griddle and double oven. Off the kitchen is the laundry room, 1/2 bathroom, and direct access to a 2 car garage and storage room.

Additional Structure

We also have an unpermitted structure

The Barn

The 900 sq. ft. barn is located at the bottom of the property. It has a reinforced concrete floor, electricity, plumbing, and is perfect to store your equipment and tools.

There’s way too many features to show, so take a tour of the house with me

Upper Kula

Are you familiar with Upper Kula? It’s as close as you can get to the Haleakala National Park Crater. If you’ve been to Maui, I’m certain that has been one of your destinations. People trek up in the wee early morning hours to see the sunrise. There is also the Alii Kula Lavender Farm. If you can time it right during the blooming season, that is such a magical experience.

Kula is a wonderful place to live. Mild summers and cool winters make this an ideal location, yet you are 30 minutes from the beach. Let me know if I can help.

Congratulations on your new listing, Ken! I know you’re really drooling over that stove and wishing you could take it home with you as your commission payment, aren’t you? 😉

OMG, can you imagine what I could make…and how much I could make. I’d buy this house just for the range and maybe the view. Looks like it will sell today!

That’s great news, Ken!! Love it when we can service our clients and get them an offer so quickly!! Nice work!!

And yes, after the meal you made last week, I’m imagining lots of things you can make… what I want to make is a permanent dinner reservation at your house!

Way to go Ken!

This does look like a strong value. Does the property have bi-coastal ocean views or just towards the south shore?

@ Jeremy – yes, there is a view of Kahului harbor and north and the Maalaea side as well. It’s truly bi-coastal with views of Kahoolawe. Thanks for reading!
