Update On Hoopili During COVID-19 | Ewa Beach, Hawaii

So everyone has been asking, what’s happening in Hoopili during the Coronavirus? I am getting a lot of questions about new construction. Hi Everyone, this is Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life Real Estate.

Hoopili

I called Hoopili, and they are taking preventive measures as well. Starting March 20th, 2020, you’ll need an appointment to visit any sales office and model home in Hoopili. This may change, but here’s the information for now.

Appointments are first come first served, and they’re asking for a limited number of people. Once you arrive at your scheduled time, a sales associate will show you the model homes and ask you to keep your hands in your pockets. They’re also asking for social distancing. After your appointment is over, the sales associate will wipe down and sanitize the homes.

Lotteries

Lotteries will no longer be held in person. The day of the lottery, DR Horton will video the lottery. If you’re interested in seeing the lottery, they will send the video to you. The sales associates will call everyone in the lottery and let you know what number you are.

Home Selection

As for selecting a home, it’s still done the same way. Whatever your number is, that’s the number you’ll be able to select a home. For example, if your name is called third, you would be the third person to select a home from the list of what is available.

To see the model homes or how the lottery works, please visit my YouTube channel. We have several model home tours, lotteries, and updates on Hoopili.

Everyone, please stay safe and healthy and know we will beat this. I’m Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life Real Estate. We’re here to provide you with a smarter approach to real estate. Make it a great home buying and selling day.
