The annual Kona Coffee Cultural Festival will begin soon!

Every November, a week is dedicated to the world-acclaimed and signature Kona Coffee. From coffee-based artwork to roastings, tastings, and music, this event is something you don’t want to miss.

As a Realtor on Hawaii’s Big Island, coffee shops are a great meeting location when working or catching up with clients. One of my favorite locations to stop in to is Holuakoa Cafe Shack within the heart of Holualoa.

Coffee Filled with History

For nearly 200 years much has been celebrated, discussed and enjoyed over a cup of Kona’s world-famous coffee. Kona’s annual coffee harvest has sustained this agricultural community, bringing the community together to celebrate the culture behind the cup of joe.

Continuing since 1970, the festival is committed to preserving, perpetuating and promoting the heritage surrounding its Kona coffee. Honoring the accomplishments of its pioneers, farmers, artisans and of course, the coffee itself! The event is well recognized for being one of the oldest and most successful food/drink festivals in the Aloha State.

The Town of Holualoa, Big Island of Hawaii

The small but charming town of Holualoa, the heart and district of the thriving Hawaii Island Kona Coffee, will demonstrate the traditional method of roasting this king of beans during the colorful and tasty stroll.
