Top 10 Hawaii Home Deals

We just updated the best deals in Hawaii over at TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

Kula view home with attached Ohana to assist with affordability (MLS# 343327)

It was pretty tough choosing the top 10 home deals this month because most everything I had on my list had gone under contract. It feels like the good deals are being sold in just a few days.

The list starts with a couple of Maui homes, one REO and another short sale. Both are 1 day on the market and probably won’t last very long.

Then you’ll find the lowest priced Kona oceanfront home on the market, a 40 room Honolulu mansion for 30% off, and a Frank Lloyd Wright property for $1.5M below the original list price.

All in all, there are 10 smokin’ deals. Check them out →

Great post, Justin. Hawaii real estate is more affordable than most mainlanders realize. Posts/blogs like this go a long way in communicating that and hopefully encouraging people to invest in HI properties.

Yeah, there are so many deals, it’s hard to choose which ones to put on the top 10 list. And even if you put one up, it’s most likely sold within the week.

I’ve already purchased one home, and have an offer in on another. Of course, each neighborhood is different, but I think it’s a great time to buy in Hawaii. Consult your real estate agent to see if the neighborhood you’re interested in has any great deals coming up. If you’re not working with a real estate agent, by the time you find out about the great deal, it will probably have multiple offers or be sold.
