Week 41 – Special Occasion Pineapple Pie!
Special Occasion Pineapple Pie Recipe
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained & diced
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 large can peaches, drained & diced
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, squeezed
- 2 ready-made graham cracker crust pie shells
Directions
Whip condensed milk and lemon juice until blended and mix in fruits and cool whip. Pour into ready-made pie shells. Freeze until hardened. Serve frozen. Store in freezer.

We certainly are lucky to have delicious pineapples available to us at our Farmer’s Markets…they don’t get fresher than that!
