It’s a gem of a neighborhood with friendly residents and a great vibe.

Recent sales have averaged in the mid-$900s and current list prices average around $1.1 mil. So, if you are in the market and looking for a single-family home in east Honolulu, make sure St. Louis Heights is on your radar. It’s worth a look. Well worth it!
