Deal – South Kona Fee Simple Coffee Farm with Forever Views

The majority of coffee farms here in the world renowned Kona Coffee Belt are on leasehold land. Fee simple (where you own the land outright) farms are few and far between, and often go for a premium when listed for sale.

A fee simple farm here in Captain Cook (MLS# 243298) has just been listed for an amazingly low price of $449,000. For that, you get a two bedroom, two bathroom multi-faceted home with nearly 5 acres of healthy coffee trees.

The coffee is irrigated, although now that it is mature, you wont need to irrigate unless we have a drought at this elevation as it should get plenty of rain.

The house is a kit house by a local company named Multi-Faceted Homes. There are two octagon bedroom suites on either end with a great room/kitchen in the center. All fronted by a large lanai with year-round sunset views of the South Kona Coast.

Here is a gallery of coffee farms here on the Kona Coast.

Erik; king of the coffee farms, you are always on top of the inventory. This is a great price for a fee simple farm! I have seen another of the octagon homes in Hawi. Interesting and good livability actually.

Good afternoon! I was wondering how much is this farm being listed for? I’m currently serving in the US Navy, due to be getting out soon, and would love nothing more than to buy a coffee farm fee simple. Thank you for your time!
