My husband & I are relocating from the South Lake Tahoe area to Kona ASAP. We are very interested in long term rental & then after a year we will be ready to purchase!
My husband just retired from being a Captain Pilot with Federal Express after 39 years. My husband also had a Charter Boat during the 70s & 80s there.
As for references; that is absolutely no problem. We treat our homes like they are ours. A major plus, is that we need a garage.
Some areas that I have fallen in live with are the Royal Sea Cliff, Kona Sea Villas, The Pines, etc
Anything that you are able to due; would greatly be appreciated!
