Room to Breathe at Hokulani Golf Villas

One of the benefits of being an “early adopter” of a new construction project is that you can take a look at the scope of the entire project and pick out prime locations, layouts, and build to suit. Such is the case with Villa 97, which enjoys arguably the largest “lot” in the neighborhood.

Technically, there are no lots at Hokulani Golf Villas, which contributes to ease of ownership since the association takes care of all the yard work, plantings, irrigation, tree pruning, etc. everywhere you look! But a closer examination of the map of the development will reveal that while the orientation of the houses is always such that each can take advantage of a large typically rear facing open space view, there are only a few villas that have a wide expanse of garden around them. Here’s a detail of the Phase III map—see what I mean?

Villa 97 takes the cake—conceived as the crown jewel of Phase III, Villa 97 has a huge expanse of beautiful flowers, trees, and landscaping surrounding it on three sides, a real manicured parkland that requires no maintenance! (Well it requires a ton of maintenance, but you don’t have to lift a finger—all the care of the gardens is included in your monthly neighborhood fee.)

Take a look at this aerial view of the house!

Priced at $998,000, this Villa is an astounding value when you consider all the benefits of living here. (At the time of writing, this was the lowest price of any Hokulani Golf Villa listed on the MLS.)

So what are the benefits of living at Hokulani Golf Villas?

Living here is a clever distillation of all the wonderful aspects of Maui life, without the maintenance challenges faced by so many individual homeowners. Currently the monthly maintenance fee is $825 (a drop from $870), and it includes all garden care, common area care, irrigation water for the entire property, use of the mini resort pool facility, use of the party room and barbecues, road maintenance, automatic gate, sewer, trash collection, on-site property manager 9-5 five days a week, and all insurance on the buildings (including hurricane). Oh, and did I mention the pool?

If a picture says a thousand words, then a video says a bucket more. Take a look at this video below showcasing the house and the property in general. To schedule a showing, please call, email, or text me.
