I WOULD CONSIDER BUYING THIS HOME OR SOMETHING SIMILAR AS MY RETIREMENT HOME…..ESPECIALLY SINCE IT HAS A VISITOR UNIT OR A MOTHER
IN LAW PLACE……..

THE TIMING OF PURCHASE MAY BE A LITTLE OFF IN THAT MY WINDUP OF MY
BUSINESS MAY TAKE THE BETTER PART OF THE COMING YEAR …BUT IF TERMS
OF PURCHASE MIGHT INCLUDE SOME AMOUNT OF SELLER FINANCING……..WE
MIGHT MOVE FORWARD SOONER……

ALSO…I AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN TO OHAU 5 OR TIMES BUT NOT TO THE BIG
ISLAND………NEED TO LOOK THE AREA OVER…….PLUS I NEED THE OTHER COSTS
OF OWNERSHIP TO HELP PLAN THE HOLDING COSTS, ETC……….
