…but due to heavy flash flooding mid-September, the beaches out front of Puamana and in Lahaina are temporarily full of debris. On the Real Estate Radar
There are currently five condos for sale in Puamana ranging from $825,000 to just under $2 million.
177-3 Pualei Drive: If the idea of a remodel gives you the sweats, there is one ready to roll. A 2 bedroom townhouse was recently listed on September 15th, located at 177-3 Pualei Drive (MLS# 370846), for $905,000. This condo has ocean views and although it is up against the highway, it is totally insulated from the noise. Decorated with tasteful Euro-Bali style and some fun and funky details; move-in ready.
240-3 Pualei Drive: Here is the view from the upstairs lanai of the $1.995M condo at 240-3 Pualei Drive (MLS# 369887). The condo needs some updating, but who cares with these fantastic views of Lanai and the surf?

216-4 Pualei: My choice would be 216-4 Pualei (MLS# 369967) as it is a corner unit and sits way back from the beach to allow a maximum build up, yet is still oceanfront (See my blog for more on Puamana construction). This condo has a great footprint with a downstairs bedroom facing the ocean and would allow for an amazing remodel. $1.9M.
35-2 Pualoke (MLS# 369119) is a 2 bedroom in a quiet location on the Lahaina side of the clubhouse that is move-in ready listed at $875,000.
10-4 Puapake: The rock wall is completed on both sides of Kauaula stream and looks fantastic. This is in front of the 10-4 Puapake (MLS# 369065) listing, now the lowest priced in Puamana for $825,000. This is listed as a 1 bedroom but has a loft upstairs.
The only recent sale is 272-2 Pualei Drive, which closed for $1.4M at the end of July. 272 is the very last building right up against Puamana Park and apartment 2 is the second one over, Lahaina side. The price is a bit low for a direct oceanfront in Puamana due to its proximity to the highway, the need for a total remodel, plus concerns for the erosion out front. But look at your front yard! In any case, today it is impossible to find an oceanfront condo in Puamana for less than $1.5M. Puamana is actively addressing the erosion issues of building 272.
