New Homes (Pikake Model) at Pualani Estates

Looking on how many homes in Pualani Estates are in escrow and how many new homes are being built, I won’t doubt that this subdivision is sold out by next summer – or sooner!

This is my favorite single-story unit (see below)

Pualani Estates Inventory and Information

Right now, this community has 8 real estate transactions actively pending! Pualani Estates has had 17 sales so far in 2012 – WOW! WOW! WOW!

Last month on March 14 (a little over a month ago), I wrote a blog saying how good sales had been so far this year; here we are 1 month and a week and they have almost tripled their sales in this subdivision! WOW!!!!!! Looking at it now, they have 13 active to purchase both in new homes and resale, and it is shrinking! Buyers and Sellers, the time is now to make your move…Pualani is hot!

If you are looking for a nice, new community, this is your place – close to schools, shopping, and most importantly, the beach!!

The Kona Real Estate Market

Like I always say, no one has the crystal ball, but this Kona market is moving so far in 2012! Inventory in Kona is getting very tight, believe it or not, and there are a lot of positive changes happening with the Kona market; less market time, multiple offers, over bidding, etc.

Pualani Estates has been through a lot of distressed properties these last few years and when you see a buy like this (MLS# 252772) you say to yourself, “WOW, that’s a good buy! It’s time to make a move in the market.”

Aloha for now! See ya next time!
