The Main Home

Never lose touch with nature inside your home. Floor to ceiling windows and doors create living art spaces throughout. The vaulted ceiling living room is on its own floor with a fireplace for those cool winter nights and a lanai at the front of the house to enjoy year ’round sunsets. There is a den/dining area on this floor, a full bathroom, and large covered lanai off to the side of the kitchen with bench seating and plenty of room for outdoor dining. Each bedroom in the Main Home has its own level. This is great for restless sleep, midnight sock hops, or early morning calisthenics. The ground floor suite features an alternate entrance, lanai, large bedroom, living area, bathroom, and washer/dryer.

The Cottage (Ohana)

Located above the spacious two-car garage separate from the main home is a large studio ohana. The kitchen features a gas stove and there is a spa bathroom complete with sauna and steam shower. The ohana would make a great rental, guest house, space for extended family, yoga studio, art studio, or the perfect place for band practice. Vaulted ceiling, two separate entrances, ample lighting, ocean views, and a private lanai.

The Grounds

While the main house and ohana sit on level ground, the rest of the land slopes gently down to a year-round stream. Rumor has it there is a small swimming hole when the water is high enough! There’s nothing quite like grocery shopping in your own backyard! The mature trees at 1030 E Kuiaha could fill your bags fast! There is a macadamia nut tree, kukui nut, several avocados, orange, grapefruit, kumquat, ulu (breadfruit), coffee, bananas, two types of guava, starfruit, and more. A garden plot is also ready to go with a mature rosemary bush and infrastructure in place to grow your favorite herbs and veggies. Although there are many shops and restaurants close by, you’ll find plenty right at home to satisfy your inner chef.
