Princeville Home + Swimming Pool and Views!

Active Vacation Rental 4.5 Miles Away from Hanalei Town!

4221 Kekuanaoa Lane in Princeville is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths executive home on 17,811 sqft of fee simple land. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac makes it a safe and quiet neighborhood. This house has a unique upside-down layout, meaning that the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with the kitchen and living area located upstairs to magnify the mountain views and cascading waterfalls. All bedrooms have a sliding door that leads outside towards the pool. It works exceptionally well as a vacation rental.

Remodeled and Updated

This home has been remodeled with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a new breakfast bar installed, new lanai and outside shower improvements, large covered lanai on the second floor, security cameras & lighting, updated solar hot water, Japanese ceramic tile roofing, and copper gutters. It is a must-see!

Pool + Jacuzzi

Last but not least, this home has a brand new swimming pool and jacuzzi tub! Perfect for those humid summer days and chilly winter nights. This will make the property stand out when people are browsing online for vacation rentals. For safety reasons, the pool is completely fenced in. It is roughly 6 feet at the deepest point and starts at around 3 feet. They did a remodel on the half bath that is located just behind the pool fence on the lowest level of the house.
