Hi Billy, We are quite interested in this Priceville Home. We have been looking for some time and are looking at 2020 as the year to potentially invest in the area. We have spent 15 years visiting Hanalei annually, and are fairly familiar with this neighbourhood. Would you happen to have any additional photo’s/plans of the house? I am looking to get a better idea of the layout. Also has this home been rented? If so, for how much – are there rental records that could be shared? Also interested in which company did the renovations and whether all permits were in place. Any informaiton would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
