Plenty Thanks! Voted Best Real Estate Agency in East Hawaii

We are thrilled to again be recognized as the Best Real Estate Agency in East Hawaii! Because Team Nakanishi makes up a big part of our local Hawai‘i Life office, we want to ensure that you all know how grateful we are for your vote! Truth is, you could not have picked a better office to vote Number 1! Hawai‘i Life is like no other real estate agency I’ve been associated with. The social conscience and love for Hawai‘i runs deep. Here are a few examples of things they do to make Hawai‘i a better place to live.

Hawaii Life’s Charitable Efforts

Our fundraising efforts (so far) have resulted in over $200,000 plus over $105,000 matched by Hawaii Life to benefit the people of Lahaina. Much of that came from agents throughout the State. A lady named Jeanette who lives in East Hawaii (thanks Jeanette) has been sending hand sewn dresses to Maui. These are being shuttled by Hawaii Life and distributed through the schools by Hawai‘i Life agent Mary Kerstulovich.

Land Conservation

Back in 2018, we were there in full force to aid the victims of the lava flow. In addition, Hawai‘i Life is heavily involved in preserving our precious lands through Hawaii Land Trust. We even have an agent designated as Hawaii Life’s Director of Conservation and Legacy Lands. Each time we close a sale, most of us contribute to the Hawai‘i Life Charitable Foundation. We vote each year on how to best use the funds. To this end, my team is completing the sale of over 2000 acres and about 70 lots in Moa’ula, Ka‘u. Each time we sold a lot, we put money in Mealoha’s Foundation (an arm of HL Charitable fund) for the purpose of providing the farmers’ association money to seed their property owner’s association. They will eventually receive $6000 from Team Nakanishi to help with their future association needs.

When the Girl Scouts needed a place to meet, Hawai‘i Life was happy to provide space at no charge. We provide space for other organizations including Hawai‘i Island Veterans Memorial and hula Halau to name a few. It makes perfect sense that a company that is client focused instead of agent focused would do all they can to assist where and when they can. We are, of course, a business but understand that giving back is imperative. And while we hope you will consider our services, I wanted to share a few reasons we believe in Hawai‘i Life and why you should as well. Your vote means so much to so many!  Thank you for your love and support!!
