With the addition of 2 new listings this month, there is a total of 20 active listings now on the market within Pineapple Hill. After a slow start to 2017, March did finally bring the first sale of the year to the neighborhood. Hopefully a sign of more action to come.

228 Crestview Rd. (MLS# 373307) is back on the market. It had been canceled on 2/6/2017 after 671 days on the market. It is now priced at $3,750,000. That’s down $245,000 from its previous asking price.
804 Jacaranda Way (MLS# 373462) is a new listing that arrived to the market on 3/22/2017. It is priced at $2,100,000.
Price Reduction
1206 Summer Rd. (MLS# 367720) had a price reduction on 3/12/2017. The asking price is now $2,799,000; down $200,000 from its original offering.
Sold
618 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 373146) closed on 3/1/2017. It was never listed and was not on the MLS. It sold for $3,550,000.
