After a year that started off with the most sales in the first five months (6) since 2000 (9), July has followed suit with June and not brought an abundance of action to Pineapple Hill. The month started with 13 properties actively listed on the market. With only two changes, the expiration of one and the addition of another, that number stays the same as the month closes.

New Listings
704 Fairway Dr. (MLS# 370127) is the only new addition to the market this month. It arrived on the market on 7/7/2016 at a list price of $2,600,000.
Expired Listings
504 Pacific Dr. expired on 7/16/2016 and as of now has not returned to the market. It was first listed on 4/16/2016 at a list price of $2,549,000. It had been on the market for 92 days prior to expiring.
