Pineapple Hill Market Update – August 2017

With one sale and a few more price reductions as the summer season comes to an end, August has come to a close with the current active listings in the Pineapple Hill now at 17. With one closing this month, we are now at a total of four for the year with an average sales price of $2,437,500.

Below are the new additions and changes I would like to bring to your attention.

Sold

800 Jacaranda Way (MLS# 372015) closed on 8/25/2017. Originally listed at $2,310,000, it sold for $2,050,000 after 259 days on the market.

Price Reductions

504 Pacific Dr. (MLS# 370923) had a price reduction of $50,000 down, to $2,475,000 on 8/11/2017. This property has been on the market for 348 days.

620 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 371720) is now priced at $2,695,00 after a $50,000 price reduction, which is down $900,000 from its original asking price of $3,595,000. It has been on the market for 455 days.

118 Pulelehua Pl. (MLS# 370429)  was reduced a total $780,000 since its original offering 399 days ago. This property is now listed at $2,995,000.
