Pineapple Hill Market Update – Little Activity for May 2017

There has been very little activity this month in the neighborhood. As we arrive at the end of May, there are still the same 19 active properties on the market that we started the month with. No sales, no pending, and only a few price reductions to report.

Price Reductions

806 Jacaranda Way (MLS# 369067) was reduced $250,000 down to $2,950,000 on 5/11/2017. It has been on the market for 423 days.

302 Cook Pine Dr. (MLS# 371721) had a reduction on 5/26/2017 from $3,145,000 down to $2,995,000 after 192 days on the market.

118 Pulelehua Pl. (MLS# 370429) has been reduced $200,000 down to $3,575,000. It has now been on the market for 303 days.
