Pineapple Hill 2017 Year End Market Update

As we say goodbye to 2017, December brought one more sale to Pineapple Hill. Bringing the total sales in the neighborhood this year to 6. That is down from 9 last year, and 7 total sales in 2015. As for Kapalua in general, there were a total of 8 sales of single family homes for the year down from 14 in 2016.
