PCSing to Hawaii During COVID-19

How Do We Search for a Home While Quarantined for 14-days Once Arriving on Oahu, Hawaii?

Fortunately, we’ve got great technology. Virtual tours of a home are becoming the norm. Even if you aren’t able to physically see the home yourself — I can provide a virtual tour for each and every home you may be interested in.

Take a Drive

Relocating is never easy. On Oahu, there are many neighborhoods and cities. Each is so different from one another. Although you may not be able to take a physical look or visit the open houses — take a drive to the neighborhood you may be interested in. Get familiar. If you’re really interested in a home, take a drive from your potential neighborhood to your station. I’m sure you’ve heard, traffic on the island can get a little crazy. So take that drive.

Start Searching Now

It never hurts to start your home search. Become familiar with what you want and what you need.

  • What kind of commute do you prefer, time? This will help narrow down a location.
  • How many beds/baths are necessary?
  • Are you looking for a single family home, townhome, or condo?
  • Do you have any pets?
