One of Not Many… Honokeana Cove

Honokeana Cove is a special place in many ways. One of 6 legendary bays once commanded by Chief Pi’ilani, once you see it, you’ll understand. I’m not sure how many shades of blue exist in your mind but, it seems to me, this bay shows your favorite shade of blue on any given day. Along with stunning views of the Pailolo channel, the island of Moloka’i and the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean…sitting on your lana’i could make for a full schedule of distraction. This bay often fills with turtles and fish, much to the delight of those that swim, snorkel or scuba dive. Migrating humpback whales in the winter months are also a favorite sighting, there is even a bell to be rung, dedicated to announcing to all once they’ve been spotted.

I’ve been privileged to represent 7 owners at Honokeana Cove since 2014 in the sale of their unique condominiums. With only 38 at this gated, oceanfront property, that makes Honokeana Cove special to me as well. Many of these units are legacy properties, owned for generations and there can be long periods of time before a listing becomes available, until now.

May I present along with Anastasia Colt, Honokeana Cove #212. Centrally located within the 1.37-acre property, the ocean view from the lana’i and main floor living areas are what postcards are made of. The main floor living area also features a full bath and and bedroom with 2 twin beds. Upstairs, you’ll find a lofted sleeping room with a king size bed and another bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower. Currently utilized as a vacation rental in addition to a family get away, this unit comes completely furnished and ready to welcome you as a new owner or continue to serve its many guests.
