October 2019 Honolulu Real Estate Market Update

People are talking about when the Honolulu real estate will be down. We still see a healthy market here.
The chart featured here is from the Honolulu Board of Realtors. The median price of single-family homes came down, but sales numbers gained. This means the local market is boosted because of better rates of finance. The high-end market is struggling a little,  I can see. For more, here is a link from Honolulu Star Advertiser.
