こんな数字が出ています。 まだまだ健康的なマーケットです。 戸建の中間価格は下がったものの件数は増えている。 これはローンの低金利が安定している為 ローカルの人も今のうちに‼️ と戸建を買っていると言う数字。 なので 何億もする物件より一般の物件が動いています。
ーこちらにリンクした新聞にも先月戸建の販売件数が増えたと記事が出ていました。
People are talking about when the Honolulu real estate will be down. We still see a healthy market here.
The chart featured here is from the Honolulu Board of Realtors. The median price of single-family homes came down, but sales numbers gained.
